Velaris is a boutique executive search firm supporting organisations in identifying and appointing leaders at management board, supervisory board and director levels.
The firm was established on the foundation of many years of experience working with international organisations and a deep understanding of the leadership market in Poland and across the Central and Eastern Europe region. Assignments are conducted for companies operating both locally and within regional or global structures.

Agnieszka Kulikowska
Agnieszka Kulikowska has more than 18 years of experience in recruitment and executive search, advising organisations on senior leadership appointments at management board and director levels. Over the course of her career, she has led more than 200 executive search assignments for international and Polish organisations, spanning roles with local, regional (CEE and EMEA) and global responsibility.
Before establishing Velaris, she spent almost two decades at Michael Page and Page Executive, contributing to the development of both brands as they expanded in the Polish market. In 2014, she launched Page Executive in Poland as its first consultant on the ground and subsequently progressed to the role of Senior Partner. During this time, she led executive search assignments for international organisations operating across Poland and the CEE region.
She served as a Board Advisor to the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce and as a Senior Mentor in a CFA mentoring programme. She remains actively involved in leadership and diversity initiatives, including LiderShe and the 30% Club.
Agnieszka regularly contributes to discussions on leadership and the evolving executive career landscape in Poland and across the CEE region through speaking engagements at conferences, participation in panel discussions and expert commentary in the media.
In her work, she places strong emphasis on the quality of dialogue, a deep understanding of the business context and a search process built on professionalism, trust and close collaboration with clients and candidates alike. She supports organisations in identifying leaders who can make a meaningful contribution and strengthen their organisations over the long term.
